Innovasic will review your request for the development of a replacement IC to determine if it is a good candidate for cloning. We then request specific information from you to perform an analysis of the device before we quote a price and schedule for development of the replacement IC. Upon your approval of the contract, development begins utilizing our MILESTM process. Our engineers use a sample of the original IC, our own existing IP and public domain information for the development process. We invite you toparticipate in development reviews, and your approval of the prototype isrequired before the final product is manufactured in the quantities specified in the contract. The data sheet for your replacement IC is also provided to you.
